Complaints Policy

BASH aims to provide a positive and well-run environment. We welcome feedback and take concerns seriously.

Informal concerns

Most issues can be resolved quickly through a conversation with a session volunteer or the BASH coordinator.

Formal complaints

If a concern cannot be resolved informally:

• Parents may submit a complaint by email or in writing.

• The BASH coordinator will acknowledge the complaint and review the issue.

• A response will normally be provided within 14 days.

Safeguarding concerns will always be handled according to safeguarding procedures and may be referred to appropriate authorities.

BASH is committed to listening carefully, learning where needed, and maintaining a safe and positive environment for all children.
